Pick your coach, choose a date, then tap the 30-minute slots you want. Submit the form and your coach receives the request. You'll get an email confirming it arrived, and a second one once the coach accepts or declines. Nothing is charged through the app.

Coaches can turn on push notifications to hear about new booking requests immediately. Clients get a reminder the day before a session they requested in the app. Both are controlled by iOS notification settings for Tunnel Coaching.

In the app under Settings, “Sync confirmed sessions” copies your upcoming sessions into a dedicated Tunnel Coaching calendar on your device. Removing that calendar in the iOS Calendar app removes every event it added; nothing else is touched.

Coach accounts are invite-only. If you coach in a wind tunnel and want to join the network, use the sign-up link on the login page to join the waiting list.

Coaches can delete their account and all of its data at /account/delete, or in the app under Settings → Delete my account. See the privacy policy for what is stored.
